Here’s a Responsorial Psalm arrangements I did for my sister Cindy. yeah, the owner of the blog “Forevertulip.com”
I was quite surprised with the result of this recording. I was back in my hometown in Sabah at the time and I did not bring my proper equipment I normally use for home recording ie: my laptop, the Wharfedale pro Mic, my M-Audio, audio interface etc. All I used was this cheap PC mic and my dad’s old Yamaha acoustic guitar!!! Sounds so good man.
So here it is, I just love it. Maybe one day I will add some background vocals too. Oh, and you may notice some background voices… I think it was my dad.. LOL. We recorded this in the room with the doors open and all… well we are not pro bah. have a pleasant day people.
Apparently I found the ‘completed’ version. I totally forgot about it! So here it is….

HEY this is not the final result! HAHAHAHAHA! Ini yg ada suara daddy lagi tu! The final ones are in mom’s computer at home - the one that comes with background voice of me!

Considering the circumstances, I think it’s very good.
Only one thing: need to be careful with the “A” word - it seems to be rather controversial to use that in this county now…

audio interface ko guna tu M-Audio Fast Track USB ka? Itu ada software kana package kaitu? tu Ableton Live Lite 5 ?
baru mau belajar-belajar mau record lagu ni tapi ndak tau mau start dari mana mau belajar.
ada sia rakam lagu tapi rakam guna mic komputer yang biasa tu. hahahaha

Butod- I recorded track by track. Gitar track I think ada like 4 or five tu. Ada part-part lain. I use Fast Track USB (yang paling murah dalam keluarge M-Audio punya Audio interface). I use Vegas Video (Actually untuk video editing bah tu sebab sia dulu suka main video editing)It supports audio track juga so sudah biasa, pakai ini jak.
Sia dulu pun mana tau satu pun pasal recording. Masih proses belajar bah ni. Just do it man! Bila silap..nah tau sudah kau apa mau buat. Tapi memang penting ada external audio interface. Banyak perbezaannya…
Video kau best bah… he..he.. tapi mau kasi tune siiikit tu gitar tu. But I like it!
